Vintage House reimagines the Napa Valley meeting experience with eleven distinctly different locations offering over 55,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces at Vintage House and at our sister hotel, Hotel Villagio. With sculpted terrace gardens, lush outdoor event spaces and state-of-the-art meeting and special event venues, Vintage House is the perfect backdrop for smaller, high-level meetings in one of the most luxe spaces in the area.
Our on-site private dining and culinary team delivers catering visions with menus that reflect Napa Valley’s “garden-to-table” philosophy, incorporating exceptional local products and flavors to create some of the region's finest California cuisine. Our services include arranging diverse and creative agendas with themed events and activities - from sporting events, mobile mixology classes and culinary and wine blending seminars with celebrity chefs and winemakers to Bocce Ball receptions in our vineyard at sunset or the quintessential Napa Valley dinner in a local wine cave.
This 4000-square-foot Napa-chic farmhouse includes pitched ceilings rising more than 20 feet. Sliding walls open onto a beautifully landscaped lawn and a private courtyard with flowing water and fire features enveloping the space alongside carefully selected indigenous gardens. Together, this venue offers nearly 15,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor space.
The Founder's Executive Board Room
Accommodating from two to 100 attendees, this carefully designed space with 2,200+ square feet is complete with a modern executive boardroom entranced by a glass elevator and has a marble boardroom table, built-in audiovisual, a separate private lounge area and an adjacent outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the Mayacama and Stag’s Leap Mountain ranges.
The Main House
The Main House is another venue available for receptions and gatherings that is designed with upscale furnishings evoking a glam-meets-grace environment for the most discerning yet fashionable guests.
The Pavilion at The Estate is comprised of 15,265 square feet and two adjoining gardens, each with distinctly different settings. Surrounded by lush lawns, brick walkways and flowing fountains, this venue provides a natural elegance for any grand affair. Located steps from Vintage House, this area can accommodate events ranging from 1,200 for a reception to 680 for a seated dinner.
The Barrel Room
The Barrel Room is centrally located within The Estate and combines the rustic character of the original 1870 Groezinger Winery with the comfort and features of a modern event venue. Grand wrought iron chandeliers and state-of-the-art theatrical and task lighting, together with several interior perimeter accent up-lights, enhance this 2,700-square-foot, ballroom-style space with glowing warmth from the floor to the 36-foot beam-and-rafter ceiling.
Dating back to 1870, this historical estate has been stylized with the most modern conveniences yet carries the charm and sophistication of its origins. A stately bar welcomes you as you enter into the home along with an adjoining dining room designed around a rock hearth of the period. This space includes large outdoor lawns, California palm trees and a terrace that is ideal for unique and private events of all kinds.
A more intimate venue on the northern end of the Villagio grounds, The Grove offers two rooms that have an abundance of light and connectivity to the outdoors. The Cypress Room has a total square footage of 1,862 with the ability to be divided into two. The Olive Room measures 1,322 square feet and is also divisible by two. Both event spaces open onto The Grove Patio, which is an ideal location for outdoor receptions or dining between meetings or special events.
